You know what we need? Parking spots for spaceships. Seriously, people, do you have any idea how hard it is to find a good (and subtle) parking place for a Firefly class spaceship? If you don't know what I'm talking about, well. Shame on you, etc. But sufficed to say, it's a big honking thing and not the easiest to parallel park. |

Alright. Somebody remind me before I leave on a week long trip in Serenity to check with Wash and make sure he's planning on staying in my freaking noggin' and won't suddenly decide to go on vacation. Really, that was just the most awesome thing ever. Luckily, we're all still alive. Though our fearless leader may have been traumatized for life. So, what, can you people not hold down the fort while I'm gone? What the hell is going on around here. God Allison is hot. ... Quit it, brain, focus! You don't even have Wash around to blame right now. Ugh.

I don't need to be under the influence of a truth serum to be able to say that, and I'm pretty sure it's been long enough since I last drank from the tap that I should be okay but that's not really the point here. The point is!

I had a dream last night that I was flying Serenity. Mmmmmmm. I've never been so upset to wake up! It was incredible, and such a tease. Please, someone out there tell me it's not possible. Wash is practically beside himself at the possibility of being able to fly their old ship, but it's impossible, right? All these places are showing up, but I highly doubt something like the 'Verse could just magically appear and Serenity with it. But what if it could...? |

I know Wash is severely attached to the damn things as am I, but I'm starting to rethink this decision to keep his dinosaurs in the cockpit with me. We hit the tiniest bit of turbulence yesterday and I nearly got impaled in the face with a stegosaurus!
I keep having dreams about Zoe. So awkward. Stop it, Wash. Anyone out there in the crew looking to take to the skies for an afternoon? There were a few last minute cancellations for Monday and rather then waste them I thought you might be interested in seeing how the other half flies. They're already bought and paid for! |

I wish I could use the excuse that I've been up in the air too much to actually make use of this thing, but being that I left the Air Force and all of its time consuming tendencies two years ago, I'm just going to cut to the chase and call myself... lazy?
In any case, hello to everyone out there! I'm Claire Washington, I've been a reincarnate for the past... god, it's been five years now? Shit.
